decades of worship cd review

If you love the music of Michael W. Smith, this is another CD for your collection. Decades of Worship is a collection of his finest worship recordings.   Decades Of Worship includes timeless songs such as 'Above All', 'Mighty To Save', 'Healing Rain', 'A New Hallelujah', and Michael's classic worship anthem 'Agnus Dei'.

This CD has a lot of my favorites including Breathe and Awesome God.  (We sing Breathe all the time at my church). This is a great CD although I wish they had included Place In This World but I guess it isn't really a worship song.  At any rate, I highly recommend you get this CD.

Angels book review

Angels is a book written by Billy Graham and in it, Dr. Billy Graham states that it's always been easier for people to believe in demons, but angels have a much more important place in the bible than demons.  He then relates his own and other people's experiences with angels.  They are convinced that angels helped them at times of special need.

Not only does this book contain experiences with angels, but Dr. Graham also affirms what angels are, such as angels display emotions and angels can appear or remain invisible as they do the tasks that God has given them.

This book was very fascinating for me to read and I really discovered a lot of interesting information about angels.

Finding Our Way Home book review

Finding Our Way Home is a (314 page) book written by Charlene Ann Baumbich.  Sasha is a former ballerina who was injured so badly that it ended her career.  At the age of 38 she has left Boston to go back to live in her childhood family home in Minnesota.  Sasha is independent but soon realizes that she needs the help of a live-in aide due to her broken bones and other injuries.  She hires Evelyn Burt, a 19 year old who is very assertive and caring.  Evelyn comes to the realization that Sasha needs more than just healing for her bones.

As Sasha gets stronger in body and soul, she reverses the caretaker role and starts to look after Evelyn.  The book had a satisfactory ending and I really enjoyed reading it.  There is also a note from the author in the back as well as a 10 question reading guide.
