Finding Our Way Home book review

Finding Our Way Home is a (314 page) book written by Charlene Ann Baumbich.  Sasha is a former ballerina who was injured so badly that it ended her career.  At the age of 38 she has left Boston to go back to live in her childhood family home in Minnesota.  Sasha is independent but soon realizes that she needs the help of a live-in aide due to her broken bones and other injuries.  She hires Evelyn Burt, a 19 year old who is very assertive and caring.  Evelyn comes to the realization that Sasha needs more than just healing for her bones.

As Sasha gets stronger in body and soul, she reverses the caretaker role and starts to look after Evelyn.  The book had a satisfactory ending and I really enjoyed reading it.  There is also a note from the author in the back as well as a 10 question reading guide.
